Conference 2024
For the 2024 North Coast Christian Women’s Convention, we look forward to digging deeper into the Book of Revelation with Megan Walsh.
So often, we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we forget to look ahead. We forget the promises of God, such as the return of the King and the included fanfare as the New Jerusalem is revealed. Chapter 4 and 5 of Revelation reminds us of the one who is seated on the throne, in all God’s splendour, waiting patiently for the time of judgement. Join us and be encouraged to worship the Lamb who is worthy.
Megan grew up in rural Queensland but now lives in a Brisbane suburb with just enough pockets of bushland to keep her grounded. She got addicted to opening God’s word with others during her time at uni and is now allowed to do this as a job; both with her multicultural family at Providence Church, and through teaching the Hebrew language at Qld Theological College. Megan’s favourite places to hang out are in imaginary worlds with her nieces and nephews, and anywhere she can soak up a sunset.
The North Coast Christian Women’s Convention is an annual event I love to attend. The faithful Bible teaching is an encouragement to my faith and I love getting together with our local Christian women, celebrating life with Jesus on the North Coast.
